Rachel Schwab is a Research Associate at the Georgetown University Health Policy Institute's Center on Health Insurance Reforms. Her current research investigates private health insurance, including implementation of the Affordable Care Act and the monitoring the individual insurance market.
Prior to her position at CHIR, Rachel worked at the Guttmacher Institute, where she conducted research on reproductive health and access to family planning services. She has previously worked at the Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Rachel earned her B.A. in English and American Studies from Northwestern University.
