Madeline McBride
Madeline McBride is a George E. Richmond Fellow at the Center on Health Insurance Reforms (CHIR) at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. At CHIR, her research focuses on consumer access to dental coverage in private insurance markets.
Prior to joining CHIR, Madeline worked as a Registered Nurse, specializing in stem cell transplant and hematology. She is currently a graduate policy intern with the Committee on Education and the Workforce Democratic Staff, working primarily with the healthcare team. As a graduate student, Madeline has also interned with CHIR’s counterpart, the Center for Children and Families, as well as with the office of Congressman Lloyd Doggett (D-TX).
Madeline earned her B.S. in Nursing with a minor in business from Texas Christian University. She is currently a student in the Master of Public Policy program at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy.
