Affordable Care Act Implementation Guidance for State Advocates

We work with patient and consumer groups to develop materials that will help their state and national advocates understand key decisions and actions that states must take to prepare for full implementation of the ACA. We also help them identify opportunities for consumer advocacy at the state level and provide technical assistance to support their efforts. Our work with patient and consumer groups has included:
