Leila Sullivan, M.S.P.H. is a Research Fellow at CHIR. Her research focuses on expanding access to affordable health care coverage, preventive services coverage, mobile health strategies and policy, and behavioral health and substance use disorder policy at the state and federal level.

Before joining CHIR, Leila worked as a Healthcare Consultant at TransformCare Inc. where she conducted diagnostic evaluations and data analysis of primary care and behavioral health clinics on military bases. She received B.A.s in Public Health and Spanish from Agnes Scott College, and a Masters of Science in Health Policy and Management from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
