Liz Bielic

Elizabeth Bielic is a George E. Richmond Fellow at the Center on Health Insurance Reforms (CHIR) at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. At CHIR, her research focuses on consumer access to dental coverage for adults. Elizabeth recently graduated from Loyola University Maryland with B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and Advertising. She is currently a first-year master’s student in The Master of Public Policy program at Georgetown University. Elizabeth worked at Capitol Strategies a lobbying firm in Maryland that focused on local, federal, and county issues. During her time, she monitored and analyzed legislative developments, craft reports on hearings and floor sessions, advocated for clients’ needs during the legislative session.
