Rebecca Herzberg is a Research Assistant at the Medicare Policy Initiative at Georgetown’s Center on Health Insurance Reform (CHIR). At CHIR, she researches Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D and supports administrative needs.
As a health legislative intern for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Ways and Means, Rebecca supported the committee’s 2025 Reconciliation work on Medicare and the Affordable Care Act. Rebecca has also held a role as a legislative intern for Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer, where she contributed to the health care, environment, and appropriations portfolios.
Rebecca recently graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Global and Public Health Sciences.
